Team Lead ATM Operations   Grade: AVP-I/VP-I Location: Lahore   Number of Positions: 01	Team Lead ATM Operations is responsible for surmatul delivery of ATM related assigned Projects. And also responsible for the administration of the Bank's Automated Teller Machine (ATM) products, services and related systems of all ADC, Works closely with vendors, management and regulatory authorities prepares written proposals, assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies; performs a cost benefit and risk analysis of related product or service solutions. And any other task assigned by the Und Head ATM Operations & CFC   ATM Operations: ·        Supervise the entire ATM operations in Down, Closed, Pending Supervisory etc to ensure the maximum availability of the ATM services. ·        Referring the cases of Cash-n-charge activates against the replacement of damaged parts of the ATM ·        Initiating at ATM replacement notes on the Business advice ·        Fallowing-up the critically escalated as e infrastructural issues ec Ensuring that intimation to SBP regarding the Temporary Closure of ATMs is being done. ·        Making sure that all Emails to be responded of the day ·        Keep emuring from team for marking the ATMs as Non-operational which senices are not available during the Non-Core Hours ·        Keeping a close eye that any ATM is not declitting she transaction with the Acquirer Reversals ·        Managing ATM Application Server		Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized institution.   Age: Upto 55 Years as of June 08 2024   Experience: 5 Years of Banking/Non-Banking relevant experience Preference will be given who working in similar function
